Once you’ve booked a pickup via our website, our team will collect your laundry at the selected time – either at your hotel reception or directly from your residence. Your clothes are washed, dried, and neatly folded by our trusted partner laundries and returned the next day – fresh and ready to wear.

Our standard laundry service includes:

• Sorting by color & fabric type

• Gentle machine wash using premium detergents

• Tumble drying or air drying (based on fabric)

• Neat folding and packaging
  It’s everything you need for everyday wear, beachwear, and hotel clothing.

We use hypoallergenic, eco-friendly detergents that are safe for sensitive skin. If you have special requests (e.g. fragrance-free wash), simply note it during checkout – we’ll do our best to accommodate it.

Absolutely. If you’re not happy with your laundry results, contact us within 24 hours and we’ll re-clean the items for free. Your satisfaction is our priority.

Yes! During booking, you’ll be able to choose a time slot that works best for you. Currently we offer:

• 10:00 AM – 01:00 PM

• 01:00 PM – 04:00 PM

One base booking covers up to 8 kg of laundry (roughly one full laundry bag). Additional weight will be charged based on our transparent pricing table at checkout.

• Daily wear (shirts, pants, underwear, socks)

• Beachwear, swimwear

• Towels, bed linens

• Light jackets or similar items
  We currently do not handle leather, suede, or heavy coats. Dry cleaning is not yet supported.

You can pay online using card or mobile wallet. Alternatively, cash-on-return is available for select bookings.

Yes. Every customer’s laundry is processed individually. Your clothes will never be mixed with those of another guest – hygiene and trust come first.
